Our 7 Year Anniversary...July 28th

*Yesterday was our 7 year wedding anniversary. It seems hardly possible that we've already been married 7 years, but it happened. I guess that's what happens with time, it sneaks past you without a sound leaving you wondering where the time went.
*Kevin worked 2 jobs yesterday...a side job for his old boss (construction) and his regular job at Gulfstream Aerospace. So...I only saw him briefly when he came home for about 30 minutes to change into his Gulfstream apparel. We will probably celebrate our anniversary this coming weekend...last weekend we were up at the cottage...
*Kevin was able to open the gifts that I got him and he felt bad that he hasn't had time to get me anything. I wasn't expecting anything. It didn't bother me. Why? Well...because he has given me more than I could ever have hoped or dreamed for.....LOOK AT OUR 2 BEAUTIFUL CHILDREN!! I have been blessed. I married the love of my life. Kevin is truly a WONDERFUL husband and daddy. What more could I want? If I had to do it all over again...I would. No doubt about it. I would marry him all over again in a heartbeat.
***I LOVE YOU KEVIN!
*Madison and Ethan had fun posing for this photo...well maybe just Madison. Ethan has no clue. :o) She thought it was fun/funny to lay on the floor with brother and make a 7. We sent the photo to Kevin last night for our 7 year anniversary. Just something fun. I hope you could tell it was a 7...daddy..hm...he was so busy at work he didn't get it until he got home and I asked him. :o) 7 years!!! What a wonderful thing!! 7 is my favorite number...I had to have 7 attendants for Kevin and 7 attendants for me when we got married...and we got married in July...the 7th month. We really wanted to get married July 24th...my favorite number and Kevin's .... 7-24. But, the 24th wasn't on a weekend...it didn't work out. And...we weren't going to wait for it to work out.
*And...after 7 years.....I am blessed to still be married to my wonderful husband. Too many people get divorced. (I am not saying you shouldn't but so many people do) I told Kevin way before we were married that when I did get married I NEVER wanted to get divorced. I took my vows seriously. It was for life. He agreed. And...after 7 years...I became a mom to 2 wonderful children..."most of the time." Haha...Kevin and I think they are pretty great children though. After all, we must always remember that we *get* to be parents. It's an awesome responsibility that we should never take for granted.
