HAPPY EASTER!

Here are some pictures of Madison in her Easter dress right before we went to church. The last picture includes her Easter basket. She wasn't able to collect the eggs that the Easter bunny hid all over the house before we went to church but she was able to look at the goodies he left. (We had fun coloring eggs last night too.)

After church we did have time to hunt for the eggs and peak at the goodies quickly before heading to grandma Gloria and Pop Pop's house. We had some yummy food and Madison received another Easter basket from grandma and Pop Pop and a dvd. The Easter basket they gave her didn't have much candy...thank goodness. It was pretty much toys and a little candy. However, great grandma and grandpa Van Ess gave her a bag full of candy. She did enjoy eating several...no...wait...lots of jelly beans with great grandpa Van Ess. The jelly beans were from his Easter basket not hers. :o) We kept telling her no more and grandpa kept saying go find more...they were trying all the colors. And..they informed me they all taste the same..even the black ones........YUCK! I wonder if grandpa was just as wired as she was later?!?!

Madison had such a good time...I really enjoyed watching her put puzzles together on the floor with grandpa Van Ess and also grandma Gloria.
