Girls Night Out

Last night was Girls Night Out. I decided to organize this one. But, we had all decided we wanted to go out to eat so there wasn't much planning involved (lucky me).

I chose Beefeaters since it is new and most of us hadn't been there yet. I had heard it was good. So, 10 of us met at my house at 5:30pm. Only 1 person couldn't make it this time so we had a good turn out. We took 2 vehicles to Beefeaters and when we got there...my name wasn't even on the call ahead list. I had called 1 1/2 weeks before and again 2 days before and now they didn't have my name at all. They said there would be a 20 minute wait but I think we only waited 5 minutes.

The food and service was great. I so want a margarita! Haha...the girls all try new and fun drinks and here I am...prego.........but I always seem to want a margarita lately. And one girl order one last night..it looked so good. :o) So another one of the girls said she was going to bring me a margarita when I am in the hospital after having the baby. :o) haha They all tried all kinds of crazy drinks (the margarita was the only not new drink someone had). We had a blast and sat there forever...nothing new. We were very loud. There were just a few other tables in the room we were in. And...at one of the tables was one of my coworkers and her husband. Hopefully we didn't ruin their evening but we had a blast!!

Doctors Appointment

Friday I had my routine prenatal appointment.

Baby is measuring 33 weeks, blood pressure normal, and everything is good.

I don't have to go back for another 4 weeks. Typically I would start going every 2 weeks but my doctor and I don't see any reason to go. Since I was 15 days overdue with Madison...my doctor and I don't see anything happening for a while yet. Yay! This makes me happy. I don't see a reason to go in just to check my blood pressure, weight, and to measure my belly.

Exactly 2 Months!!

As of today...only 2 months to go exactly until baby is due to arrive.

When I was pregnant with Madison I could have been pregnant so much longer than I was. I didn't mind that she was 15 days overdue. However, just so you all know...I will be ready by my due date this time. :o) Who knows if this baby will be. But...baby is measuring May 8th...and my due date is May 12th...so I hope that baby is ready too. Guess we shall see...soon enough!

Pre-K

Today we registered Madison for Pre-K.

Seems like yesterday we were registering her for preschool ("pretty school" according to Madison). They grow so fast.

So that means she will go Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8:45-11:15. Right now she goes Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00-11:15. She is so excited and wants to go to Pre-K now. :o)

Saturday- Enjoyable Day Visiting Great Friends!

Saturday (Yesterday) after dance class we went to visit our great friends, Jason & Tammi. What a relaxing and enjoyable day. Kevin was helping Jason with his cabinets in the basement and Tammi and I just caught up. Madison was mostly in the basement with the boys but was up and down constantly. Ahhh...a much needed day!

And...the best part....my water retention issues........wow....I can see my own feet, ankles, and legs. Sunday morning when I woke up what a difference. I went down 10lbs...that is how swollen I have been. I was so happy!
