Better Picture..Almost 40 weeks!!

Okay...so I had Kevin take a better picture of me today... I am much happier with this one. The shirt that I am wearing is not even maternity...my sister gave it to me for Christmas. Hm...I'm surprised it fits!

More Shower Pictures

Okay...now posting the ones with me in them. Ugh. Remember now..that I had no idea about this shower and I wasn't even going to go. I was pretty swollen this day and you can so tell in these photos. But, I guess I will share them..remember how far along and SWOLLEN I am... (you can so see it in my face but that happens this far along, right?) I am not posting them all just some...I do have such great friends and I am thrilled they did this for me and the baby. And..it is nice to have pictures to remember even if I don't care for how I look.

39 Weeks - Lovely Photo

Okay...so I am only posting this because I am sick of people asking for me to post a recent photo. This morning I had Madison take a quick picture before I went to work. Nope..not smiling...sorry I was tired and swollen...thank goodness you can't see my legs, ankles, or feet. :o) Ya, not thrilled with how I look so this will probably be the last photo...

Big Sister Gift

We wanted to get something special for Madison when she becomes a big sister and meets the baby. Especially after she picked out a special bear for the baby and she is so ready to take that bear to the hospital to meet the baby.

Anyway, we decided on the cutest bracelet. Well, I almost forgot to order it. On Monday I remembered and ordered it. I thought for sure it wouldn't be here on time. Well, it arrived yesterday. That is pretty quick...ordered on Monday, received email on Tuesday that it shipped, and received it on Wednesday. Some good things about ordering late...I got a discount due to Mother's Day, received free shipping, no tax, and they wrapped it for free. (okay so I didn't think about wanting to check it out before giving it to her...so I carefully unwrapped it and wrapped it back up). Oh my it is the cutest bracelet..so precious, beautiful, and dainty. I absolutely love it and she will too. I have included a picture of the bracelet and the box it comes in before gift wrapping.......since she wouldn't know how to look at this blog she won't know.......so shhhhh still a secret until baby arrives.

39 Week Doctor's Appointment

I didn't have time to post this yesterday....

Anyway, yesterday I had my 39 week appointment. I pretty much knew or figured what my doctor would say.......and I was right....NO CHANGE! Go figure. So that is a little disappointing but not unexpected.

I have my next appointment on May 14th. At that appointment my doctor wants to talk induction. I told him I really didn't want to do pitocin first like last time and he said he would do some form of prostaglandin for induction first. I am not sure if he plans on doing it that day or scheduling something.

And...on another note....today is May 8th and my ultrasound back in December said this should be my due date. Guess not! :o) I knew it couldn't be right. Good thing my doctor only changed my due date from May 15th to May 12th.
